Junior Account Executive

Juju.com, a leading job search aggregator (think Kayak for jobs) and recruitment advertising network, is currently hiring a junior account executive to work out of our offices in Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally oriented to online advertising or recruiting, although those attributes are not strictly required.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Juju's Pay Per Click (PPC) recruitment advertising solutions to employers via phone and face to face meetings in a consultative manner
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment advertising agencies
• Leverage existing Juju partnerships to identify revenue opportunities with employers and actively prospect for new leads

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Highly self-motivated to exceed sales quotas by closing new business
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry trade shows
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Bachelors degree

Extra Credit:

• Experience selling PPC/CPC (Pay Per Click/Cost Per Click) advertising
• Relationships with ATS, HRM, HRIS vendors
• Contacts with job boards, staffing agencies and RPOs
